1. I don't get the link to download the pattern I just bought.

Please check your SPAM FOLDER if you don’t find it in your regular INBOX. Emails with links usually end up at SPAM FOLDER. Make sure to mark CHEZVIES as NOT SPAM. Read more HERE about how to download your pattern.

2. Do you have video tutorials for your patterns?

Supporting video tutorials are available on my Youtube Channel
Video tutorials will be added from time to time. Make sure to subscribe to our YOUTUBE CHANNEL to receive the latest updates.

3. Are there any future updates for the patterns?

Yes absolutely! I love to improvise my patterns and write additional tutorials on the blog.
Any future updates and improvisations will be available on my BLOG as well as on YouTube.

4. I have questions regarding the pattern, can I email you?

Absolutely! You can email me with your questions anytime and I'd gladly help!

5. Are there special rates for purchasing patterns in bulk?

6. Will I get updated patterns automatically?

Yes, you will. When the pattern is updated, sign in to your account using the email you used to purchase the pattern. You can then redownload the pattern using the link provided.
