SHOP MIGRATION FAQ

The shop has moved due to platform compliance issues with Indian central bank (RBI), which prevented renewal of the previous Ecwid store. To ensure uninterrupted access to my patterns, the shop is now hosted on a new GoDaddy website.

The previous webshop is currently in maintenance mode while the transition is completed. All new purchases are now handled through the new website. 

 Yes. All purchase records are available and safely stored.

 At the moment, automatic downloads are temporarily unavailable.
If you need to re-download a previously purchased pattern, please contact me directly via email or the contact form, and I’ll send it to you manually. 

 Yes! The pattern shop is open on the new website, and a special sale is currently running as a thank-you for your patience.

A limited-time sale is active on the new website. Simply apply the coupon code at checkout. 

Currently, PayPal is the only accepted payment method on the new website. More options may be added later. 

Possibly, yes. For now, PayPal ensures smooth and secure payments during the transition period.
