All products sold on CHEZVIES are digital goods (PDF sewing patterns). We do not ship physical paper patterns, fabric, or notions to your address.
Delivery Method: Upon successful payment completion through our secure payment gateway, you will receive an immediate download link on the checkout confirmation page.
Email Confirmation: A copy of the download link and your receipt will automatically be sent to the email address you provided at checkout within 5 to 10 minutes.
Access Limits: Download links remain active for unlimited time. We recommend saving the PDF files directly to your device immediately.
Delivery Failures: If you do not receive your download email within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly at order@chezvies.com with your order number.
Due to the intellectual property and immediate download nature of digital products, all sales of PDF sewing patterns are final.
Cancellations: Once payment is processed and the digital download link is generated, cancellations are not accepted.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued if a technical issue on our website prevents you from downloading the file, and we are unable to resolve the issue or email the file to you manually within 48 hours of your support request.
File Corruption: If your downloaded PDF is corrupted or unreadable, contact us at order@chezvies.com, and we will email you a fresh, functional copy of the pattern file immediately.
